Well better be surprises - so far nothing positive has come out from vplm. Its distrubing for high powered attorney to drop their representation when you are being sued for fraud. Time and money wasted.

Looks like the Bleam guys filed motion to oppose giving more time to VPLM on the case. Its on the district court website.!

I hope vplm knows what they are doing it seems to be a turmoil in my view.

Interestingly Ryan Mattera the promoter at TheSubway.com has same last name as Carl Mattera who is a board member. Someone paid 10M free trading shares for the promotion:-) Family run business.

Where is the good news? whats going on? I heard attys withdrew from the case? any update people.

Some NEWS: Law suit.
Looks like VPLM has over 30 days to answer to plain on the fraud charges and also to get an attorney.

Here are the minutes. It is on the Eight Judicial District court site.

Kinda messy huh...why would VPLM atty withdraw in the middle of law suit?

- Before the Court are McDonald Carano Wilson's Motion to Withdraw and Motion for Extension of Time to Answer Counterclaim, Affidavit of Craig A. Newby, Esq. in support thereof, and Defendants' Qualified Opposition to the Motion. After review of same, the Court hereby grants counsel's motion to withdraw and orders that Plaintiff has through and including April 30, 2012 to obtain new counsel and respond to the counterclaim herein. The Court is scheduling a status hearing on May 1, 2012 at 8:30 am to determine whether Plaintiff has retained counsel as required for it to proceed as a corporation, and whether it has responded to the counterclaim. No default may be taken on the counterclaim until after this hearing.
