Some NEWS: Law suit.
Looks like VPLM has over 30 days to answer to plain on the fraud charges and also to get an attorney.

- Before the Court are McDonald Carano Wilson's Motion to Withdraw and Motion for Extension of Time to Answer Counterclaim, Affidavit of Craig A. Newby, Esq. in support thereof, and Defendants' Qualified Opposition to the Motion. After review of same, the Court hereby grants counsel's motion to withdraw and orders that Plaintiff has through and including April 30, 2012 to obtain new counsel and respond to the counterclaim herein. The Court is scheduling a status hearing on May 1, 2012 at 8:30 am to determine whether Plaintiff has retained counsel as required for it to proceed as a corporation, and whether it has responded to the counterclaim. No default may be taken on the counterclaim until after this hearing. McDonald Carano Wilson should promptly prepare and submit a proposed order which includes the status hearing date and the need for new counsel and to respond to the counterclaim, and thereafter promptly serve same on its former client. 5-1-12 8:30 AM STATUS CHECK: COUNSEL CLERK'S NOTE: The above minute order has been distributed to: Craig A.
