I have had some of my very best trades over the years when news is released in the two hours before a weekend or just after close. If I was the one authorizing a good news PR it would be one hour before close of market on any lazy Friday afternoon. Cannot think of a better way to get that end of week cocktail sliding down the right way.

Nice thought SG, but the 10-K is actually due on March 30th since this is a leap year. It's due 90 days after the end of the fiscal year - 31 days in January, 29 in February, and 30 days out of March to make 90.

And that is by design, mitch and Rob have been burnt on pre release before, my guess they drop the 10k after hours friday the 30th JMO
