Got out of the restaurant scene a over 10 years ago, strictly catering now.
My problem with what you said about $$IFSL letting the instutional world know about it will have to be via their website and 10-k and quarterlies. They've made it quite clear that their not going to forcast their business.....unfortunately, imo, that will have an impact on institutions wanting to invest as they've "have to take a chance" on what their future performance may be.
I can see both side of that BUT, if you are positive about what you are doing RIGHT NOW, AND, AND these projects will be around with no dropoff then forcast that...........the big boys do and obviously if sales don't meet projections we take a drop in PPS.
So it goes both ways..........
