As you well know, continuations are a common ploy in courts! Why do you question this common legal action when it is legit, and does not, in any way, produce a negative as you are trying to have all on this board to believe! On the contrary ... It may well protray positive for MMRF as defendants are trying for more "Wiggle Time" to provide a defense which seems to be very weak...very nice for us and bad for them!....JMO...Tif

Just how I read things. Not trying to "spin" it. I call the negative here just as much as the positive. You never seem to acknowledge that though.
