I would hope he corrects it as it is now a matter of record and will be the basis of what Tmobile responds to. Tmobile gets the last response prior to the judges decision. Tmobile merely needs to point out that Calypso has been sitting on this for over a year according to Calypos own filing when in reality it was around the same time Tmob filed their motion to dismiss.
