I really didn't mean to sound suspicious. Just stating my personal feelings. I'm sure many shareholders feel the same way.

From what I have been reading about the response to this movie, if it takes anymore than 2 more weeks to get a deal cut on this movie, I will be shocked. When I see the total crap that gets to the silver screen, I have to believe there is a market for this Liquid film. However, as I said before, this film can go straight to video in Ghana for all I care, as long as our tech takes off!!

Austin. As I understand it some shares is to pay past consultants they currently owe.
Some shares are for present consultants.
Some for future consultants.

I don't like more shares going out anymore than anyone else.

That being said how does one pay for past obligations without current revenues?

Part of the process in bringing a tech to market is having the proper skills needed in all area's in order to do it right.

If this is what it takes and it makes sense to me it is part of the process I can live with it.

NV only has so many skills curently on staff.
It seems to me it only makes sense with this limited amount of staff you need outside help. This is that help.
The amended filing hopefully will give us an idea of the type of help we are obtaining.
