I have spoken to Gerry Lenfest about 5 times over the years at shareholders meetings. The first thing I noticed about Gerry was the fact he never wanted to know what the per share price was or wanted to talk about stock in any way. Most of the time when I had the opportunity to say something at the meeting I always thanked Gerry for his help with the company and I always asked that those at the meeting would pass on my thanks to the workers who make up this company. They have all worked very hard over the years to build a company that is tops in it's field and I feel sure will remain in the forefront of all of the new and exciting things that are yet to come.


If given the opportunity I will once again thank everyone and let them know my plans for their company have not changed. I will continue to buy shares of Telvue at the lowest price I can and I will continue to hold what I have. You are , of course, correct when you say we will see.
