I understand the past here as I have been here for a long time. The new CEO has done more in a few months on the positive side then the other 3 owners have done in 4 years. Its not the same company at all and although there is nt alot of history yet with the new owners, what they have done so far all has been good and friendly to share holders. The latests reverse was common sense that a new CEO would have been crazy not to do. Not only does this make it easier to detect real dilution, it is a proper share structure for a start up company IMO.
