by the way 10 q clearly states that arcadia and comerica are looking to enter into a forbearance agreement.... good indication that the show will go on after april.

also the only one who could get anything in bk right now is comerica and all they could get is arcadias 11 mill of receivables and as we all know there is no guarantee comerica will get all of that bc if you are the one holding the receivable and you see a company go into bk why would you pay them?

plus that 11 mill is probably the sum of a ton of little contracts bc the nature of services segments in healthcare emphasizes volume of service contracts and not large,expensive few contracts.

comerica could also only get the 193 mill common stock which right now 193 mill x .01 = 1.93 mill.
