Could be, but there also have been alot of people waiting to get out of this after taking huge losses back in the Kennedy days. I have not checked for a while, but IMO not going to be any huge amounts of dilution, until they hire a few promotors to get this really going.
So far I have seen no real signs of any dilution going on. There are many OS here and with the volume being as low as it has been, IMO NO CAUSE YET TO WORRY ABOUT DILUTION. And even if they did start diluting a little for operating costs, I have no problem with that. So as we continue to see them move forward I think them selling some shares is needed.
