Post Script: Also, regarding the other post about UBS's fines, I wish regulatory bodies would wake up and learn how not to act like a mosquito.

All the big brokerages welcome multi-million dollar fines. When those same brokerages incur more legal costs to challenge the fine, the fines are approaching a valid level.
