SNPK did a 45-1 FS in Dec 2011. It has no trading history, and has an 8k issues 3/6/12 for 200k in convertible notes. The note is from an unknown investor. You figure it out. lol

No trading history means that this is a very good stock to own. Essentially blue skies at each step up.
