No one is holding these shares down.

There simply is no interest in this stock which is unfortunately about what one should expect.

No news since 10/18 speaks for itself.

The 1000 share sale could easily have been from someone that paid anywhere from 1 to 5¢ when the stock made its big push on all the speculation. Now they just want the write off.
