You have no way of knowing what their current financial status is correct? So you are only speculating about their profits. A strong indicator that they are not profitable is the lack of reporting and contact with investors. Merchandise in stores that is now being red tagged and prices slashed is a strong indicator that the stuff was not selling and the retailer wants it gone. Will be important to see if the red tagged stuff sells and is replaced with new stuff. I have doubts.
