75,000 shares even at a buck is a pittance compared to what his total compensation will eventually be. I'm sure that this is just a first installment of what he will eventually get. But, he'll get the remainder probably based on performance. Give it time. He didn't come here for 75,000 shares at .03. He came here because he saw something that made dollar signs show up in his eyes, maybe not right away, but down the road and on a road he knows how to travel.
