Futures (and their options) can be brutal, but they can be extremely profitable! Tons of stuff to consider as you well know, I suggest you sharpen skills on currencies and pick a couple of commodities that look interesting to you just from looking at the charts, and we can help ya zero in on some plays. Don't forget that also in this day and age, there are many ETF's that can also be used to profit in individual commodities as well as groups of commodities...some like to trade them instead - many options these days indeed, and not only in the US...
