1. If you are a director of marketing, you rarely answer emails from outsiders unless they are a significant investor of some sort. He doesn't have a department to be able to forward those emails to...

2. Promoting the company, he may be doing...but most importantly, why would you update people if there isn't anything substantial to update? You dont know the details of the Glacier deal, you don't know if they are still surveying land and trying to figure out how best to implement, etc. etc.
So, what is there to tell?
Maybe he has a plan, maybe he is still formulating, but given the experience the guy has I doubt he will answer to people that don't have much affiliation with the company. Market to consumers, to doctors, to insurance companies, etc. would be a more important venture. Getting the ground work for the business to grow without hype. Kind of like certain things "sell themselves". You might get pressured into buying a donut, but unless you are wanting a donut franchise, then you probably won't buy one :P

Financials aren't out till end of March and sometimes keeping things hidden is a good thing so that you are in a stronger position when everything gets moving :)

Be patient. Middle of 3rd quarter...been saying this since Nov. 5 2011 :P
Just going to take some time and unless you do marketing yourself, I doubt you know what all he is dealing with...
