Well some good news and some bad news. First the good news, Paul C Rizzo and Associates Inc. appear to be a well respected organization but then comes the bad news. Can someone explain this part of the news release "." The Company has not currently defined "reasonable timeframe" or "limited expense." This part tells me there is NO financing deal yet because money can quickly correct this.
