You don't just subtract the low from the high and add it to something for every chart. The calulations used for CBSI was for the flag pattern. Each chart pattern has it's own way to find projected target. SUGO has no chart pattern. Thats why I drew resistance levels. They become targets when no pattern is involved.

You really should study chart pattern on your own some.
