After thinking about this for awile I decided that even if the PPS doesn't go up tomorrow I'm guessing Da Boys at $$IFSL wanted the uplisting in place BEFORE the 10-k came out.....more firepower with hopefully what they have for us in the 4th quarter and 10-k.
