yep and even threw out two names...

I like his conviction.

He is on a mission, feels like he is trying to do the right thing and people are trying to mess it up.

Danny probably won't win legally, but he can cost some of these people thousands of dollars in legal fees in order to defend themselves.

Even if Danny loses in court. If he gets XYZ to pay $5000 in lawyer fees to defend themselves, they will quiet down and Danny wins.

I really like it.

Just my opinion of course....
