My calculations could be inaccurate but I believe the market cap to currently be around $30 mil based off of the 3rd Quarter 10Q with the November share offering added, right? Approx 47.75 mil OS, ($1.06 per share cash equiv) although, I'm not sure why in the earnings release it says about 37 mil EOY 2011.

Am I missing something?
