I wouldn't count on a single dollar coming out of this. You better plan on it going like it has in the past. We've seen it too many times before. Don't get your expectations up because the history has been a let down. If it happens, great! But the probability is low.

I used to argue against the "Lottery" comparison - since no lottery in the world offers worse odds than EEGC - but I had an epiphany today.

Batting is absolutely correct. EEGC is most definitely EXACTLY like a lottery, except in this case the winner is known in advance. Lots of people buy small tickets - a few dollars here and there, no purchase is too small for them! - but there's only ONE big winner. Malcolm and his crew take all your small purchase and bundle them up into one big payday. For themselves, that is. The ticket holders? Well, the only prize they get is knowing they've payed for a few more days at the Jury's Inn, London.
