Why would anyone short a position at these prices? It makes no sense to me.

There isn't any shorting going on. Looks exactly like some folks have cashed in their chips and left the playground. I am sure they are frustrated on the lack of follow through by the company on many key objectives, however they are missing the bigger picture that despite some things not completed as expected they are continuing to move forward albeit slowly with the deal on ST, closing out the exclusive and having other interested parties.

Why don't we just give up on the excuses, and place blame where it belongs.

Scott didn't deliver the deal. Share price fails. Seems straight forward to me.

I really do not believe their is a short interest here. Low volume=low potential for return.
