I just spoke with a representative of BNYM - our Indenture Trustee - and what he said to me was that

if there is ever a recovery on the Subordinated Notes then the recovery would be sent to the

Depositary Trust Company - and the record of holders of the CTS with the DTC would then receive

the recovery on the Subordinated Notes.



He said that as long as your financial statement is still showing you own CTS then there is a record

of your ownership.
