In the WAMU case the CTS were clearly stated as PIERS and not placed with Equity. This bankruptcy has been different whereas the CTS were not stated anywhere in the Plan.


Also the BNYM has not been answering mine and other e-mails which is very unusual.


What we should be doing is contacting our Trustee - BNYM - to make sure it will have a list of the CT
Holders upon any recovery.
