Regarding DTC Chills....I thought one of the main reasons for companies being chilled is lack of revenue?

I think SEEK is making a little money.....

So you are saying that SEEK shares are not available electronically?

I use PENSON and TDA, I have bought EYSM and SEEK shares through both of them and they will not open positions on a ticker if it is non DTC eligible.


BTW, who does SEEK use to clear trades, EUROCLEAR or CLEARSTREAM? That is the only other two.

EDIT: Let me help you a little bit here since you are seeking answers - "The DTC clears all of the stock transactions within the U.S. Since there is no “competition” for the DTC, what they say goes… Period."

Explain to me how SEEK is cleared, LOL! I cannot wait to hear this one!
