And the manipulators are grabbing up those cheap shares for the next run up. For every seller...a buyer...at the right price. I suspect another round of artificial runs before the real company attributes keep this higher. Probably around the time they start pulling rocks out of the ground. Production means stock goes higher. The manipulators aren't done.
