Anytime someone purchases over 5% of a compnay the SEC makes them file a 13g. Bank of America picked up 4.7 million shares or 5.78% of the company on Feb 14th. They also have to place a filing if they sell as well. We think there is no way BAC would fool around down here in penny land unless something huge is on the way.
