The shareholders will usually not see anything in a lawsuit. These criminals will usually get away with it. Our only hope is a reverse merger with a reputable company.

Why am I kidding? The business is gone, right! But the stock is still listed as an empty shell. I have no hope, no question. But SPKL is still listed and can be traded, sold and bought. And if there might be any interst in this shell, the shell will be bought, and a RS will destroy the reast of the value.

By the way, there will be no law suit ever! Believe me. However, some big bunches of shares must be in some hands still anyway. Wondering what might happen. But whatever happens.....it will happen on our expense.
