I already addressed the BK filing. Maybe a better knowledge of what is actually out there would serve the greater purpose. Imo, there may have been two older patents that were not included, bringing the total to 12.
Maybe knowing who to talk to about Cdex Patents would be a good thing to do, and there are NO patents that have final cancelled attached. Mp, failed to set-up a auto pay on the patent(s) in 2009. As soon as Judge gives the okay for any funds that may be available to come into Cdex, the patent issue will be cleared up. There is still plenty of time to put the funds in the USPTO. Not a concern.
No need to argue this point, just watch what happens in the next few weeks and then this topic can be touched on again.
