Retired Minister, that is me. Also, a former fed, but that just seems to upset people.

Here is what strikes me and says I think that Tivus is well worth a penny. 1. This company is doing business with a Fortune 500 company. How many other penny stock companies can even come close to saying that after years of work. That's impressive. 2. We know that their system has been installed and is in full operating mode at one of the premier hotels in the Host chain. 3. Revenue is coming in and the ad insertion tech is working and all slots filled. 4. All reports indicate that satisfaction is high on Tivus and does as much and more than the competition.

I think I feel comfortable with those facts. To counter that we have several months of massive dilution (they needed money to build the system in Philly) and not the best PR program. DUH! It's a PENNY STOCK, people. Beating the crap out of SP doesn't seem warranted. We bought his dream and I think he is doing his best to get the dream to reality. I don't think failing benefits him as much as success! So far, I think we are sitting in an adequate spot for a development firm. I am willing to give SP some slack, and hope he will talk with us in the next two weeks. R3
