I just responded to your last post witch indicated that you have posted a portion of an 8K and not the whole thing. The truth is they do have the funds which they reported they had on hand and they PR'd they had acquired the position! The 8k can not report production numbers that are not confirmed yet! It is a disclosure to inform investors of potential risks vs rewards!
