MrPoppa: Street is posting about a patent unrelated to the PR.

But just as a note, when we had the biggest run in the last 5 years, NeoMedia announced the patent office had "confirmed" all 95 claims of the '048 patent. It was not true.

"All ninety-five claims of this Barcode Lookup Patent have been confirmed as being patentable by the PTO ."
