Agreed! Think this one has no where to go but up. Really looking forward to the pr that gives us an idea of the dollar amount of the assets sold. Followed up with one that gives us an insight into the new direction of the company. Then maybe we can put some educated guesses into play as far as the short-mid term "Pop" that we are going to see.
