Highly doubtful hurtszz. I worked in the staffing industry for many years. Small auto repair shops rarely use recruiters. The fact that the recruiter is in the same town as the one used by Colortek and the job is in the same town as Colortek, I'd say that it's likely they're hiring a painter.
FYI, often times recruiters only use one posting for several openings...let's hope that they're ramping up their employees for some production. Either way, this certainly may be no news, but if it is news, it's good news.
