Doesn't look like they're pursuing high end painters for world class auto companies.

On the upside, they should be able to increase profit margins with dirt cheap labor but will it meet high quality standards.

I have another concern. Someone said they could get to 45 employees on one days notice.

How could you possibly ramp up this fast with world class auto MFG workers in a small town ?

I doubt very much quality workers are that readily available.
