1. Unfortunately, SSTP owns no rights to any biofuel process.

But

2. The shell may have some value. I can't help believing there are better and cheaper shells out there with fewer legal problems. But shells are worth something.

More likely, a trade like today's $45 is a housekeeping move. Or some basement player is playing around trying to do a little P&D. Maybe someone will show up soon on a board in a flurry of posts full of amazment at how cheap this fabulous company is and how fantastic the future of the stock looks.
