ok. so of the $13,480. of stock that was traded y'day, you only bought 50 cents worth.
-
then some other person bought the remaining $13,479.50, right ?
-
was that person (i) an imbecile, willing to blow $13,479.50 for no freakin' reason ?
-
or was that person (ii) a genius, willing to spend $13,479.50 on DKSC for reasons known only to him ?
-
to me, $13,479.50 is a lot of moolah, so i'm voting for (ii) the buyer is a hidden genius.
-
BTW, even if the buyer was operating on hidden information, and thus is a hidden genius, his assault on the ask was sloppy, and he paid far more than he would have with a measured and more thoughtful approach with his bids. like spreading them out evenly over the last 90 days or so ?
-
FINAL THOUGHT, maybe the buyer was in an all-fired rush because she knew that there were only a few days remaining before some new news hits, driving the price to a coupla cents or more ?
-
you could go nuts thinking about it, but, looking back from 3 months from now, i'm sure we'll have a better idea of what happened yesterday.
-
people are irrational and occasionally not very smart, but when it comes to spending over $10,000.00 - - - i'd bet that the person who was buying is more smart than dumb.
-
just my opinion. ya gotta look behind the data to find the reasons.
