I know what he meant, but he sounded extremely desperate for the definition of the word 'soon.'

I believe that he is looking for someone to give a specific date, and time of day, as to when a deal will be closed, and a PR will be released. However, since I am unable see into the future, I figured that I would just give the actual definition of the word.
