Can you explain what qualifies you to say it costs: "Millions. Many millions."

I have hundreds of channels on my TV and I can assure you some of those channels are not spending "many millions" to have their channel broadcast.

I'm willing to accept the fact that at first, it will be unlikely that the channel will be on providers like Comcast and DirecTV.
