Joda: That is what the rules and regulations have dictated for years.
That being said will the current filings and the pressure we are able to bring be enough to cause that to happen? That would be awesome if it is and would no doubt be the fairest solution to all of us although those short will scream blue bloody murder!

There are actually two other ways to draw out a RAT. Both lead to the same conclusion. I have drawn tired of waiting for regulatory action. There are things in life you can only count on your own determination to achieve. I am waiting CH and I will not yield until forced.
