Conversation with Scott Gallagher, on 3/6/2012,
-We are fully reporting to the EDGAR SYSTEM and are NO LONGER reporting to the OTC markets, it cost us 6-10k to update with pink sheets and as we are NO LONGER REPORTING THROUGH THEM, that is a waste of money. WE are going to be listed on the OTC QB and are spending the money appropriately in getting our two year financials done so this will move us to that current level. His word, "this news is already out there" so I don't know what the confusion is, but our focus is not longer with pink sheets but rather to move up to a higher Board. LIKE I SAID, DO YOUR DD and you should be pleasantly surprised. I couldn't ask him anything else as I am at work, but that is why they are not current and will NOT be on pinksheets AGAIN. If you can't read between the lines here and see that we are moving on up I don't know what to tell you. SEEK

Ok, post the link, let's see they are fully reporting. EDGAR system is online. I will give SG the benefit of the doubt because sometimes EDGAR can be a little glitchy doing searches. With that said, point me to the current filings.
