Their first email announced "A new pick will be coming on January 2nd) was sent on December 27th. Show me a picture of the email you received on the 11th.

APS NEVER said NSRS was a mistake. They sent out their first email 12/27/11 for NSRS saying it would be announced Jan 2nd 2012. Then they sent 3 or 4 emails in between those dates. Not one with a retraction even close to what they did with AWSR.

That being said. I'm long and I'm at a 1.13 avg. I need AWSR to pop. I have closesly tracked all APS picks and if they move on from this and announce a different stock this week I will be trading their stuff more cautiously going forward.

Aps never pulled any kind of crap like what they have with AWSR. Still, there is a lot more evidence that this is indeed their pic than it isn't.

STILL, NSRS was never said to be a mistake with it's early release date.
