I did not conveniently leave off any parts. I simply highlighted the major issues which are facts. I don't believe any formal release coming out from management is going to be as candid as your explanation and in all probabilities would have hints of everything's fine and there are other options being worked upon, etc, etc.

I am highlighting your blunt assessment of the situation and taking a practical approach to this which logically is telling me that there is no easy way out or simply no way out.
