Sorry for dropping the ball Lt,

I didn't call yesterday. Just got off the phone with Chris B. at Aurelius. I usually talk to Dave G., but he was out of the office until Thursday I believe. Chris B. said the sponsor that was working on the relisting did to their surprise drop Biocurex. This happened very recently. He said it had nothing to do with Biocurex? He said the Lawyer involved was representing both sides (Biocurex and the sponsor). Because of the Lawyer's conflict of interest by representing both parties the sponsor knew the SEC would not approve the deal so the sponsor pulled out. Chris said he was still trying to get more specific information and anyone could call him tommorrow and he should have more information. Although we are back to square one with the relisting they know what and how to submit the application the 2nd time. He said the responses from the SEC on the first attempt were very positive.
