Chuck, thanks for providing this candid piece of information.
So, based on your response...

"Obviously the Company cannot provide any documentation showing that all of the Capital Stock was legally issued because it probably was not....."

"... the Company is also required to provide financial statements that have been properly prepared and audited by approved auditors. ..... Copper King is not yet in a position to begin an audit. "

Basically, from what I can read this thing is officially dead??!

The two main items required to start trading again 'may' never be fulfilled again based on the problems listed.
Any other ideas/theories that are being floated by management are just a shot-in-the-dark and may never materialize....did I miss something or is there still some silver lining somewhere?

Snow on the ground here North of Seattle this morning
and a faint suspicion of Spring in the air. Yet with all this freshness in the season, I feel the need for two aspirin after reading your report. What a challenge our ESHC and BOD have taken on in a continuing effort to salvage a future out of the rubble of skullduggery and promise. I for one am very appreciative. There is still hope. Thank you.
