I have a silution for them but I am somehow sure they will not listen to me. If I were them I would offer shares for sale at the $100.00 price. Let's face it there is no on going to buy at $100.00. That ends the buying. That is what they want They do not want you to buy. So far that part has been working for a very long time. Next I think they should get a chair with a very straight back. Then sit as close to the front edge of the chair as they can.
