If that's the case, then insider buying here is a signal to sell? That seems to go against investor logic, but since it has now happened twice recently, maybe it's a contrary indicator with this particular stock.

I say that because the standard investor theory is to look for companies where insiders are buying their stock. That usually is a good sign, but maybe it means just the opposite here.
