What about the SEC's cease and desist order from selling UPZS stock?

I looked at this garbage a few years back and if I remember correctly there were a load of promoters yakking it up non-stop back then...which was good for me as I took a flyer...on the apparent pos pizza fraud, lol...

Will look into this more as time permits.
